PHNOM PENH: The Minister of Education, Youth and Sports, Hang Chuon Naron, has said that in the context of Covid-19, accelerating school reform and institutional capacity building is a priority to change education in a timely manner. He made this remark online for International Education Day 2022, which was held uner the theme of “Changing Course, Transforming Education” on Monday.
